A young dentist turned passionate public health advocate, Dr Saniya’s background includes extensive work in nutrition, maternal-child health, sanitation, and health behavior studies, with experience in both urban and rural research settings. Dr. Saniya leads CaraPHI’s vision for ethical, inclusive, and data-driven research across India, empowering both institutions and individuals in their pursuit of public health impact.

Dr. Purva Patil is a dental professional with a strong foundation in clinical practice, which she skillfully integrates into her work in public health research. Her ability to bridge clinical insight with community health perspectives adds depth to CaraPHI’s multidisciplinary projects. Known for her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Dr. Purva plays a key role in field execution, data accuracy, and research planning. She is especially interested in health behavior, nutrition, and oral-systemic health connections.

Dr. Sharmili Gawhale brings valuable experience in healthcare systems and hospital operations, with a strong focus on quality improvement and service evaluation. Her work blends public health research with an understanding of institutional processes and healthcare delivery. She contributes to CaraPHI’s health systems research and facility-level assessments with an eye for operational detail and systemic impact.

With a background in organizational management, Mr. Ashwajeet oversees CaraPHI’s operational workflows, partnerships, and pan-India field coordination.

Advocate Pushkar ensures CaraPHI's legal compliance, especially in ethical review processes, research agreements, and regulatory protocols.

Cyrus leads data systems, CAPI tool integration (ODK, Kobo, SurveyCTO), and backend support for survey operations and analytics.
